Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

- In the original packaging with all included materials
- Returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery
We accept returns for quality issues (defective or damaged items) as well as for buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind or no longer need the item).
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Drop the parcel at the carrier location specified in our instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Free returns applies to all eligible returns. There is no restocking fee, no return handling fee, and no replacement fee for returns processed in accordance with this policy.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received at our facility:
- We inspect the item within 1–2 business days.
- If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- You will receive a refund confirmation email.
- The refund will appear on your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive the replacement item as quickly as possible.
