Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and federal holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse team requires 1–2 business days to pick, pack, and hand your parcel to the carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Shipping Coverage
Timelinedeal offers free shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous 48 United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free shipping.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. We also cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the destination state. Carriers typically deliver within the following windows after dispatch:
| Destination Region | Estimated Transit Time |
|---|---|
| Central & Southern States | 2–3 business days |
| Eastern States | 3–4 business days |
| Western States | 3–5 business days |
Total estimated delivery time = 1–2 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit.
Carrier transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, peak-season volume, or other unforeseen events may occasionally extend delivery beyond the windows shown above.
Carrier & Tracking
We select a reliable carrier based on your delivery address to provide the best service for your location. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your package directly on the carrier’s website using that number.
If tracking shows no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@timelinedeal.my and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax on any order. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you pay — no additional tax is calculated or collected.
